David
and I had a truly wonderful private weekend at your B&B last weekend,
thank you so much! The architecture and amenities were outstanding,
extremely clean, comfortable, and truly
warm and inviting. Attention to detail was very noticeable and greatly
appreciated. The whole house has several layers of genuine love and comfort
energy to it....and it obviously begins its emanation from the two of you!
You are SUCH kind and gentle people. :o) The
epitome of hospitality, you are!
You
guys catered to our every need in such an open and friendly manner...chocolate
treats, variety of drinks, tons of hot water in the special shower and then
marinating in the hydrospa out back, lush fat
towels and robes, beautiful stained
glass windows, sparkling and useful conversation, and highly therapeutic
massages to start with...man oh man! My head melts just remembering that. The
lovely take-home trinkets of bath tokens and chocolates and gourmet cookies
(hot in the box!) made it a tad difficult to leave, too.
The
evening in your energy garden spot was equally quiet, grounding, and soothing
as well. The front porch alone is a lovely meditation spot! We love Gibbous
doggie (a sweet grumpy old man!) but I must say the wild brown doe by the
birdfeeders during breakfast was a living chocolate "moose" too! And to do no
justice for your phenomenal meals and treats...oh, you just impressed the
socks off us with them! The presentation, aromas, special
dining ware & decorations, and truly
divine tastes (chocolate sauce on filet....my eyes are crossing here...) and
THEN the mousse dessert with a slight
touch of orange sauce--wow! We were spoiled rotten and YOU did a great job of
it!
I
must say I am very sad you two live so far away...we'd love to have such warm
friends in our town, Jude & Darryl. You must work hard to make your
place as wonderful as it is on SO many levels, and still you are genuinely
peaceful, low stress, humorous, and loving people. Thank you so much for
sharing that with us! Thank you, thank you!
